This official SCULPFUN upgrade kit allows you to upgrade your S30 Ultra series / S30 series / S9 / S6 / S6 Pro to the core features of the S30 Ultra 33W. Includes:
S30 Ultra 33W laser module, S30 Ultra mainboard, S30 Ultra air pump, air hose, limit switch, power supply, cable, screw set, laser repair kit and other necessary accessories.

Powerful ultra 33W laser:
The upgrade kit uses a single, improved 6W diode (combined to produce 33W laser power), achieving high cutting performance. It can cut 20mm balsa wood and 15mm plywood in a single pass.

Updated 32-bit motherboard with air support:
The new 32-bit motherboard offers more processing power, enables faster and more stable cutting and supports:

• Automatic air support control
• Bluetooth connection to machine control
• Independence from USB cable length
  

High-speed air pump:
With an air flow of 13.5 m/s over a high-pressure nozzle:
– Cutting speed & penetration significantly improved
– Plywood and MDF cut over 5× faster
– Clean, smoke-free cutting edges achieved

Standard limit switches for XY axes:
The included limit switch enables homing and positioning functions – ideal for repeated engraving processes or series production.

Replaceable protective lens:
The replaceable lens increases the laser lifespan by 10 times compared to standard lasers.
A spare lens is included. Additional ones are available at reasonable prices.

New laser protection glass:
The removable protective glass prevents glare and can be easily removed if necessary.

Compatibility design:
The kit is compatible with the following devices:
Sculpfun S30 Ultra / S30 / S9 / S6 / S6 Pro
and other similar 2-axis laser machines.

A notice:

• Machines with linear guides require an adapter cable
• Machines without linear guides do not require an adapter cable
• Example:
  – S9 with X-axis motor upwards → no adapter needed
  – S30 with X-axis motor on the right → adapter required
• Not compatible with XY axis expansion kits.
