Upgrade to S30 Ultra-22W:
This official upgrade kit allows you to upgrade S30 Ultra Series / S30 Series / S9 / S6 / S6 Pro machines to the core functions of the S30 Ultra-22W. Included are the S30 Ultra-22W laser module, the S30 Ultra mainboard, an S30 Ultra air pump, air hose, limit switch, S30 Ultra power supply, cables, screw set, laser repair kit, and other essential accessories.

Powerful Ultra 22W laser:
The kit uses four amplified 6W diodes, which together achieve an actual laser power of 22W. It is capable of cutting 20mm balsa wood or 15mm plywood in a single pass.

Updated 32-bit motherboard with air support:
The new 32-bit motherboard offers more processing power, enables faster cutting, and ensures more stable performance. It supports automatic air control, Bluetooth connectivity, and is no longer limited to USB cables.

High-speed air assist pump:
With an air speed of 13.5 m/s, the high-pressure nozzle ensures significantly increased cutting efficiency, especially with plywood and MDF – up to 5 times faster cutting, cleaner cut edges and smoke-free results.

Standard limit switches for XY axes:
The included limit switch is easy to install. It activates the homing and positioning function—ideal for repeatable engraving or serial production.

Replaceable protective lens:
The innovative, replaceable lens extends the lifespan of the laser by more than ten times compared to conventional lasers. If damaged or worn, it can be easily replaced, maintaining cutting performance.

New protective glass module:
The removable laser safety glass protects your eyes – even without safety goggles, it doesn't dazzle. It can be easily removed if necessary.

Compatible design:
The kit is designed to be compatible with SCULPFUN S30 Ultra / S30 / S9 / S6 / S6 Pro and similar 2-axis laser machines.

A notice:

• Machines with linear guides require an adapter cable.
• Machines without linear guides do not require an adapter cable – otherwise the X-axis will rotate the wrong way.
• Examples:
  – S9 with upward-facing X-axis motor → no adapter necessary
  – S30 with right-side X-axis motor → adapter cable required
• Not compatible with XY expansion kits.
