PETG-GF - Glass fiber reinforced PETG - Filaxix

Recommended print settings:

• Heated bed temperature: 70-80°C
• Nozzle temperature: 250-270°C
• Component cooler 0–70%
• Print speed: 40–150 mm/s

Characteristics:

• 15% glass fiber is added to PETG to make the material durable. This results in a very high strength-to-weight ratio.
• Extremely stiff.
• Excellent thermal and mechanical properties without compromising adhesion between layers.
• The flexural modulus by more than 50%, approaches engineering plastics such as ABS GF, which makes it suitable for load-bearing components.
• Strong creep resistance, not easily deformed under long-term loads (such as gears and brackets).
• Excellent waterproof and weather resistance, which can meet the needs of indoor and outdoor models.
• The heat distortion temperature (HDT) reaches 80-100 °C (ordinary PETG is 70 °C), and is suitable for automotive engine compartment devices and electronic heat dissipation components.
