PETG-CF - Carbon fiber reinforced PETG - Filaxix

Recommended print settings:

• Heated bed temperature: 70-80°C
• Nozzle temperature: 230-270°C
  If the printer is a Bambulab P1P/P1S or X1C, we recommend a temperature of 260 °C.
• Deactivate component coolers 1st-3rd layer.
• Print speed: 40–150 mm/s recommended

Characteristics:

• 10% carbon fiber is added to the PETG to make the material durable. This results in a very good strength-to-weight ratio.
• Optimized for easy printing.
• Supports print speeds up to 300 mm/s. Optimized for speeds below 200 mm/s.
• Extremely stiff.
• Excellent thermal and mechanical properties without compromising adhesion between layers.
• The flexural modulus by more than 50% approaches engineering plastics such as ABS, making it suitable for stressed components.
• Strong creep resistance, not easily deformed under long-term loads (such as gears and brackets).
